Bicycles are available for seekers of more active pursuits. The area has endless tracks through gently rolling countryside which is full of interesting sites.
Local stables can organise saddle excursions through the countryside, or can provide horseriding lessons for beginners. Those not keen on riding in the saddle can take excursions in a buggy. All equestrian trips take place under the watchful eye of experienced instructors.
The woods and forests here abound and delight with all types of plants and animals. It is easy to meet roe and red deer, wild boars, hares and foxes. Beavers have built a dam nearby . In surrounding fields and meadows, one can often hear the wonderful trumpeting call of the common crane. Autumn is a particularly good time for wild mushroom pickers; the woods of Warmia and Mazury are happy collecting grounds.
Warmia and the Mazury are ideal for hiking and cycling. Walkers and cyclists have a wide choice of marked trails. The Grunwald battlefield trail runs past the Ulnowo Guest House and it joins with a trail to the Open-Air Village Life Museum in Olsztynek.
A major regional event is the Grunwald Days, during which the Battle of Grunwald is re-enactedwith live commentary.
A modern golf course is located close to Browina in the village of Naterki.
